Avoid This Food to Prevent an Acne Problem

An acne problem becomes very pervasive as it thrives on the average Americans unhealthy diet.  The Candida stored in our intestines uses the foods we should avoid as fuel to abuse our bodies and aggravate acne.  If you want to definitely prevent acne from running its course in your life, here is another food ingredient that needs to be avoided:

White Flour:  Flour is processed food that really has no place in the human body.  It does nothing to enhance the body.  It causes lots of distress for the colon because it reduces bowel elimination.  Inside the body white flour becomes a hard and pasty substance that is difficult to digest.  It will basically sit somewhere in the intestine if it cannot be eliminated properly.  Flour is a high starch item that feeds Candida combined with sugar and fat causing a dangerous combination in the intestines.  But in case you haven’t figured it out already, it is the main ingredient in many of our foods.  White flour has to be recognized and it has to go if you want to stay on track to heal acne!  No acne product will work effectively if there is junk clogging up our system.
