The idea behind it is accumulated waste and toxins inside your body is causing a disruption that is has caused your acne breakout. The acne diet will purge your body of those toxins.

How to start an acne diet? Radically cut out all sugars, processed foods, and meats from your menu for two days. Only eat fruit or vegetables for 2 whole days. Along with the fruit begin drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. At your convenience use an enema at some point during the day. An enema is the strength of this diet. The enema will wake up your colon with an unexpected blast of water that will force any old impacted fecal matter out of your colon. If there was an answer to how long that fecal matter has been stuck inside your colon, you would probably be shocked to know. Some fecal matter has been lodged inside the colon for years. Step two: Purchase a Zeno

This step requires you investing in a high tech acne fighting tool that actually works on most people. The Zeno costs around $170. It works best on zits that have not fully formed yet. It uses heat to kill bacteria that is residing inside your pores. Once the bacteria is destroyed the acne area or swollen area begins to subside. This could be a real quick fix. Each Zeno treatment that you administer to yourself lasts a little over 2 minutes and it is recommended to use the Zeno on your zit 3 times a day or until the zit disappears. Step three: Ice and Benzoyl Peroxide Treatment
